Application
Protective coating paste crucible, spoon, slag rake, thermocouple protection cover, core and pin fine tools applied easily and quickly.
Usage
The coating agent is added the proper amount of diesel or kerosene. The tool surface need be clean and properly heated. Then use a clean brush to brush evenly coating agent to the tool, after drying can start production.
The main function
1. After the crucible to wipe clean spoon and use the tools to make it dry；
2. Preheat to spoon to about 60 ℃；
3. Directly applied with a clean brush (or spraying after diluted with diesel or other organic solutions) this coating agent to surface of spoon, tools and crucible；
4. Slowly on the stove heating and drying.
Avoid and reduce the production of alloy smelting process of harmful gases, isolation of the liquid alloy of iron and other impurities pollution and penetration protection tools in contact with the liquid alloy, anti-corrosive alloy liquid for tools.
