Characteristics
- It is a black/silver paste/lubricant for anti-soldering and mould opening smoothly, good adhesion and minimal residue on mould,so it’s a great universal product.
- It can be used for multipurpose for mould lubrication, especially it’s good for new mould testing first time, and it provides superior mould lubication and high fluidity of molten metal liquid for first time molding and die casting. Thus it significantly improves the effect of demoulding and prevent mould damage.
- In production, it can obviously prevent the occurrence of welding together for the hot nodes on mold and the hot-filling conditions of the harsh interval.
